"I recently completed my 300 hour certification with Devalila Yoga. I am teaching a combination of Hatha and Raja Yoga which consists of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), pratyahara (nerve control), dharma (mind control), dyana (meditation and spiritual enlightenment) and also combines the eight limbs of yoga. My approach is challenging but relaxing and is available to all. Remember you do not have to be flexible or fit to start a yoga practice as anyone can do it. Namaste……"
