Corinne M. Sicola MSPT, DPT

Dr. Corinne M Sicola is the owner and founder of PERfect FORMation Physical Therapy. Dr. Sicola is a graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Science. She holds a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University.

Dr. Sicola's expertise extends to various areas. She has a background in dance and gymnastics. Dr. Sicola was a dancer with the Ithaca Ballet Company and a national level competitor in rhythmic gymnastics. She is currently the director of PERfect FORMation Arts Academy who holds Rhythm TEK,a nationally competitive rhythmic gymnastics team.

Through her own experience and her extensive training, Dr. Sicola has developed a greater understanding of the needs of her patients. Her goal is to provide a facility where the patients gain a better understanding of their own health needs. Dr. Sicola believes that each patient deserves personalized goal-directed care, focusing on rebuilding balance throughout the entire body.

Dr. Sicola is a certified pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates. She is currently undergoing continued training in John Barnes Myofascial Release techniques, Viscerial Maniuputation and Womens Health Certification through the American Physical Therapy Association..

Dr. Katie Doyle is a 2010 graduate of Ithaca College's School of Health Science and Human Performance with a Masters and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dr. Doyle and Dr. Sicola met when Dr. Doyle was a Graduate student and she worked at PERfect FORMation during her final clinical affiliation. Dr. Doyle joined the clinic after graduation to help Dr. Sicola complete her dream of expanding PERfect FORMation. 

 

Dr. Doyle has a background in performing starting with dancing as a young girl and teen, performing with Hightstown High School's Marching Band as a color guard performer and captain, and recently becoming certified as a Jazzercise instructor in September 2011. 

 

In addition to her degrees in Physical Therapy, Dr. Doyle is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP) certified by the Kinesio Taping Association International (KTAI). Kinesiotaping helps a variety of ailments including pain, muscle weakness, muscle spasm, swelling, etc and is offered at the clinic. 

 

Currently, Dr. Doyle is undergoing training in Women's Health Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association.
